We accept mail, phone, fax, and e-mail orders. Just let us know what you want to order, tell us where to ship it, and send your college, university, high school or bookstore purchase order number, or send your credit card number and expiration date (3.3% convenience fee applies to institutional and wholesale orders). To prepay by check, money order, or wire transfer, please request a total for the items you want.

Shipping

Shipping and handling charges in the United States are:
     USP Ground (standard): Actual shipping charges plus $3 per package handling fee ($12.00 minimum shipping charge applies)
     UPS Air (by special request): Actual shipping charges plus $3 per package handling fee.
     UPS Collect (by special request): Client pays shipping directly with UPS. We charge only a $3 per package handling fee.

International orders will be charged actual shipping charges, plus $3 per package handling fee. Please note: International customers are responsible for any applicable tariffs, duties, customs brokerage fees, etc.

When customer receives shipment of goods, accepting the shipment constitutes acceptance of the product prices and shipping charges.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns

We want our customers to be completely satisfied! We offer 30-day money-back returns of most products.* Just contact us if you have any questions about returning something.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN LIKE-NEW CONDITION. Send returns by insured, traceable shipping method so you can provide proof of delivery upon request. We accept regular customer returns within 30 days of invoice date.

We accept bookstore returns within 90 days of invoice date without permission required. After 90 days, permission for return is required and depends on whether product is still current. We apply a 10% restocking fee on all returns. PLEASE CHECK THE RETURNS ADDRESS ON YOUR INVOICE OR CONTACT US FOR RETURNS ADDRESS; ITEMS RETURNED TO WRONG ADDRESS AS SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL 10% RESTOCKING FEE. Restocking fee is WAIVED during the first 30 days after your bookstore orders a new edition of our kit, as long as product being returned is still current.
